30 Day Warranty
I. Introduction
This 30 Day Warranty is provided by STAND-it! LLC to ensure that the products sold are of the highest quality and meet the agreed-upon standards. This Warranty is effective from the date of purchase and is designed to address any immediate product issues or dissatisfaction.
II. Coverage

This Warranty covers any defects in the products sold by STAND-it! LLC including but not limited to:

What Is Covered?

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Product damage due to shipping and handling.

Replacement of the defective product or part.

What Is Not Covered?

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage.

Any unauthorized modifications or repairs made to the product.

Damage caused by external factors such as fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

Substandard quality or product.

III. Duration

This Warranty is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Any claims made after this period will not be honored.

Claims Procedure

To make a claim under this Warranty, the customer must:

Notify/Contact STAND-it! LLC in writing within 30 days of purchase, providing purchase date and purchase documentation. Describe the reason for the claim.

Allow STAND-it! LLC reasonable time to respond and inspect submitted photos of product damage or any other information relevant to the claim.

IV. Remedies

Upon verification of a valid claim, STAND-it! LLC will, at its discretion:​

VI. Limitation of Liability

STAND-it! LLC's liability under this Warranty is limited to the amount paid for the product. STAND-it! LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of our products.

VII. Governing Law

This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising under this Warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wisconsin
